Our goal is to develop adaptive, post-rehabilitation exercise programs and support groups for clients with chronic neurological conditions using the latest evidence-based peer-reviewed research and fitness-related continuing education courses to help our clients achieve optimal levels of functioning to bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness. We are committed to maintaining the professional standards and scope of practice of the Medical Exercise Training Institute while providing appropriate supervision by qualified and trained personnel during physical activity, motor learning, and social interactions with individuals of similar ability.
